I had a hernia surgery and Wcb give me hard time along n got rid of me n found myself jobless n powerless, a month after they let go of me I find out that my hernia came back Recurrence so the question doesn’t the Wcb should start paying me again?

How does the Government look upon this "Set aside"money in the bank ? Would this be held against you, do you pay taxes on this money,-even though it can only be used for medical expenses ? Is it treated differently if a Third Party Administrator handles it all? Who makes the interest on these accounts ?

I can't find "peace of mind" in regards to getting one of these, I just can't. With all the ever changing rules & complications of these MSA's, how about this Section III Reporting penalty , how Third Party administrators can be fined up to $1,000 per day per claim, would this apply if the injured worker was doing it himself also !?? We are going to a Settlement hearing today for my husband, I know the aim is to get us to do a Compromise & Release with an MSA, even though I have told our Attorney from day 1 , we want to keep Medicals OPEN, it's non negligible to us, given the extent of my husbands injury. It's just peace of mind. Just another thought, if these 3rd party administrators are going to be fined like that, they will need to recoup their money also, I just don't trust the system.. One of my biggest questions is: Ok.. so we plan to keep Medicals OPEN... how does it work if Your Workmans Comp Insurance company gives you a problem with paying, would I need to sue them, or does the claim then go to Medicare and Medicare will go after them ? Your videos have helped me a lot in understanding the whole workers comp process…I was stressed with a ton of anxiety because I was clueless… I wish I knew you before I grabbed a law firm contact from random online search…Most of these firms out there don’t keep their Clients in-touch and informed about the process…A ton of us (injured workers) are out there with Attorneys but we are clueless about what’s going on in our cases… Let’s say your MMI report is out, can you continue working with the employer with the modified restrictions until the C&R is approved?? I’m facing mideamanor an and told I would need plead guilty and pay restitution but no information on this two months later though my insurance paid for physical damages and physical damages pending. He charged 2x court all was done it was continued charges $487 an hr x2 wow I’m thinking it’s in lawyers interest to keep kicking this down road. Why is victim or their lawyer not required to be at court. I don’t need a lawyer for restitution since my insurance said that they are going to try to pay the physical within the terms of my insurance. I’ll take my chances with the misdemeanor. I can ask the lawyer for a lesser sentence or four community service and a year of probation on my own Hiring this guy was a big mistake. I’m gonna demand a refund. You shouldn’t be charging me twice and he hasn’t done anything. He said that they’re still trying to communicate with the victim and all that and I already got what I needed for my insurance with a simple phone call, I’m waiting on a response from my agent tomorrow. I’d make copies of the letter

I received my voucher but im having a really hard time finding the class i want. The edd site is really confusing. Im trying to use the SJDB to find an online class that will help me obtain a Comptia A+ certification in the IT field. Is there someone or someplace I can visit to get help with this? I'd like to be able to get help in person rather than doing it over the phone if possible.
