Thank You for this video Naomi. Very helpful. But I truly appreciate your prayers because it is much needed in this trying time when the insurance company & my employer is giving me a hard time. My lawyer seems to be hiding the ball and I prefer your empowering style where you educate people and also are straightforward about every step of the process. I feel like I am always in the dark with other law firms & they lack competency when I asked them about the voucher. I feel like they’re not knowledgeable like you and even when I Googled it on my own.

Hi Naomi, the final qme doctor wrote me the number -96 and what is that mean? I kept on calling the office of the lawyer for the update. But it seems like they are not interested in my case. Because I am the who kept on calling them instead of them keeping me an update. Should I have to get another lawyer?

Hi Ace, Please text "Ace Consult" to 909-266-0003. Whether you change attorneys is a very complicated decision. The doctor provides many numbers including impairment and apportionment and measurements etc. So the number itself doesn't tell me anything. Hi Naomi. I’m curious I’m almost to my one year from surgery. I have a MSC scheduled for the one year anniversary. What do you think this means? I’ve been off work this entire year.

Has your PTP or QME made you permanent and stationary yet? i.e. wrote your final report with your final PD numbers?

@@GonzalezLawEmpower my ptp hasn’t. He is continuing to ask for things that the insurer has denied over and over again. The qme suggested things and then my ptp requested them abs then they have denied them. Right shoulder surgery so while not using it the left shoulder has started becoming a problem. Things like this

@@TheGrandUnboxing If QME gave a final report and defense is filing an MSC, then it is possible the defense is trying to push your case to a trial on all issues without a PTP report.
