Ok I am first generation I’m Mexican I live in NY and I have taken 3 AP classes (including this year) Currently a junior. I also have 2 language classes college level and hopefully that is enough to get in. Planning on taking 2 more AP classes next year

in 8th grade i had the greatest english teacher ever. i still remember all his lessons to this day, and his teaching style was so effective. he was really nice, but would get angry if you angered him. he wasnt chill per say, but was just a great guy.

Every kid in freshman year at my school is forced to take AP human geography

the parents one is only for some colleges. You can see on their website if they include lineage (generally frowned upon) Not a minority isnt true. Most top colleges dont consider it but some (including harvard) do. (harvards acceptance rate for asians is 80% lower than white people If nobody majored in science there they wouldnt offer the programs celebrity part is useless poverty is ehh. Hard to go to a top college when your educational opportunities are so low. For example your school may only offer 5 ap classes bullied useless

7th grade was the worst..... I'm in ninth grade in high school and that is 50x better then being in 7th grade

Bro I hate middle school so much. Everyone is trying to steal my snacks and then whenever somebody steals their snacks they whine about it. And there is so much gossip and it’s a toxic environment. I can’t wait until I get to high school because everyone will mature and take a look at themselves. I am in cheer and in middle school cheer everybody just forms clicks. I am trying to treat everyone with kindness and I get rude comments in return. They don’t even deserve my respect or anyone’s respect at the moment. And all of the pick me girls and having boy friends at like 11 years old. I never had a boyfriend in middle school because I know I’m not ready and they are gonna break up with me in like two seconds because nobody has fully matured yet. And the people who think vaping, smoking, drinking, etc is cool. I saw somebody said that there friend is hosting a party for students to attend and get high. It’s like the girls who are heartless are popular and the actual kind ones get beaten up. And everyone is cursing and thinking that’s cool as well. It’s like if Regina George had like 500 baby’s. I like private school so much more better and elementary school. Also at my school there is teachers who are creeps. One of my teachers sniffed my friends butt and it’s disgusting. This is kinda a vent, people who are going into to middle may not have the same experience as me but I assure you, it will get better in highschool

Architecture : someone who draws square for a living

There was this math sub for 7th grade I was doing my homework and my friends were talking and I was talking to while we were working and the sub wrote my friends and I on the list and said we were “acting like clowns” he didn’t even teach anything he just showed us the teachers notes and sat there and did nothing he didn’t even tell us his name and plus there were many people who were talking to and he didn’t warn us or anything he just let it happen and there was a kid who wore a ski mask in the class and he didn’t say anything about that but somehow I got in trouble for doing my homework and I had to write an apology letter over the weekend Where do they even get these people
