Great video. This is my 1st visit, but I will check you out from now on. As an aside, I am in America and 270k is not very realistic for most ppl here. If you didn't buy a home 10-15 years ago, the reality is you are probably screwed unless you are very savvy. Not impossible but more difficult. I notice many europeans think Trump is the answer. Here on the ground I can tell you that our political system is heavily flawed and no one president can or ever will fix it because big business runs the country, their victories result in losses for the ppl.

The problem with women getting older is that there is a high probability that she is divorced, but divorced women are more difficult than others, it is a profile that I avoid. According to my opinion they (these old women) have no difficult to find an average man but they want the 5% of top men, and they are too old to hope they get these... So they cry. Men are in the opposite situation because with time they get more money and they can choose when they are 35 years+.

Hey Kublai, very interesting channel (discovered it few days ago but I was following your old one - I'm French). To answer to your question about age gap, and maybe also provide some advice to single guyz of our age (I am 39). By experience age gap is far more disturbing when you're a 35 yo man dating a 40+ woman than when you're a 39 yo guy dating a 25 yo woman. I moslty dated women 10+ yo younger than me these last years (last GF was 23 yo so 16 y difference). Of course I am not gonna say it's super cool because they are more attractive. I mostly found out they are waaaay more optimistic than women of my age, way more ready to live a nice adventure. Of course there are plenty of stupid/immature 20-27 girls. But it's the case for most people in the western world : boys and girls, not men and women. I can't count how many men of my age are boys. Living 9-5 jobs to watch Netflix, playing video games and doing nothing because "I want to have fun and no children becoz its baaaad for the planet". So if you are a sociable man it is very easy to meet young, smart, feminine and pretty girls. A lot of these girls will prefer dating an older guy providing them security, good advices than the chad of the college. I totally disagree with the red pill/incel thing : "feminism has destroyed society, young generations are fucked up I can't stand those Instagrambitches bla bla bla". There are still a lot of normal, feminine, non-bullshitted women in Europe. I precise I live in Eastern Europe (Bulgaria) so for sure the numbers here are higher. But as a single made man I know which are my red flags in women and honestly, being dating a lot these past years, from 23 to 45, the biggest gap is with feminist/matrixed/tainted women of my age and beyond. I only had good experiences with younger girls, they are way more passionate about life, curious, easy going, with way less psychological problems. So for the single boyz out there I would suggest go to the gym, make some money, eat well and go out in areas where you have a lot of young women of good values. Not clubs : dancing events, art places, lounge bars, meetup groups, any place where you have normal, well educated young beautiful women. So yep of course it means you have to be a made man, have fixed your problems and be healthy, clean and in good shape. I am very sorry for these women who hit the wall after taking kilometers of d**k when they where good looking, dumping the nice guys because they just wanted to have fun and thinking their beauty will bring them a Leonardo di Caprio. Here feminism and western propangada played a big role, for sure. I have compassion for them because most I've meet truly didn't realized they were getting fooled of by so-called 'female empowerment'. To conclude I don't want to buy damaged goods and unfortunately for these women they pay the price, and I think it's the same for made men who have a large scope of women to meet and cope with.

yes for eastern girls but in the west this is more difficult. But i agree with you 15/20 years difference is not a big problem but a little risk. Younger woman are more appreciated to make children no doubt about that but for this make money to avoid problems.

6:16 IMHO blaming women for that is wrong. The problem is decades of feminism pushed on women which destroyed relationship ; there you have what it brought about ; the aftermaths of feminism - loneliness & depression ; and of course no kids in most cases. So, weak men are way more problematic because they let that happen. 😉

Low birth rate hysteria is complete bullshit. Look at any long-term birthrate numbers (i.e. over 50 years or so) and population is increasing. The birth rate is only low on a 5 year time scale. These things go in phases. Stop worrying about low birth rate - it's bullshit.

I don't see it. I talk to random people all the time and my friends are genuine, nice people. I don't get to see them as much as I used to because I'm 42 married with 3 kids, but when I do see them we always have a great time and connect in fun and loving way. Maybe it's just part of Scottish culture to be merry and friendly. I also have a lot of friends through work. I work on offshore oil rigs where I get on a helicopter and go live and work with a bunch of guys for 2 or 3 weeks at a time. Even if I've never met one of my crew before the trip, by the end of it we are usually trying to organise a night out by the time we get back onshore. You can get to know someone pretty well in 3 weeks when you spend 24 hours a day together. My problem is that I have too many cool people to hang out with😂 I think the guy in this video might be projecting here. I would say less than 1 in 10 people are closed off and unfriendly.

Question: why does South Korea have a 52 million people population and a 507 people per km density? Do you understand how wild that is? By the same standards, Romania would have 120 million people, the same like Russia.... You know, the custom of abandoning old people in the west probably have more advantage in this situation, I imagine in the western world young people will encourage old people to end themselves or just abandoning them when they are no use. Just like in mediaeval Europe traditional values. Asian wont let them do this. Old people are respected. So People in Western world would not experience being older than 80. They will just delete them. The other is custom of impregnating and then bolting from relationship. The west have edge because they just have sexual relationship with many women and then let women raise the kids. Although Custom of abortion in Western world would reduce reproduction rate

Part of it is the housing market, big guys are playing with it as if they are in a casino. The rent is going up everywhere and there is little to no rules to protect american working class. It has more to do with living in a post internet society than anything, I grew up in the pre-internet days when all you had was your local community, your local hot spots, and people were more easy going back then, you could have nice conversations with strangers and then make friends. In the age of the internet you have entire dating sites that cater to your filters, you can shop without leaving the house, your friends all fit in a box because you met them in a chat group filtered for that. Real community still exists in some places but it's the exception these days not the norm.
