In principle, looking for a better life elssewhere is fine, but, if you don't fight for your home, you may find you don't have a home to come back to.

How do you fight?
@Ryan-lt8wm4 күн бұрын
@turbosandtalks answering how to fight is a lot longer than the inverse. The clear path to losing is leaving. Right now, just being a vote and influencing your local community has a chance of success, Americas recent election is evidence of that. Will things devolve into a more direct approach in the future? Let's hope not.

You don’t fight, you just vote, which you can easily do from another country

The UK seems to have same problems than France unfortunately (unsafe cities, high cost of living,food…). Thailand is very different country (warm people, great food…) but at the contrary temperatures are very hot and it could be a shock when you aren’t used to warm temperatures…

Thailand has no freedom of speech though... express an opinion about someone's business or a politician and you could easily find yourself in jail or a lot worse

voice an opinion about a 'minority' in Europe (online, or IRL) and see how much freedom of speech you actually have.
