Not to worry, I don’t own or buy all these bikes🤣. These bikes are demo bikes used to facilitate our bike review site, Two Wheeling Tots. Some bikes go back to the manufactures when our reviews are done, while others we keep and loan out to kids who need bikes (we can’t sell them). With kids always bringing bikes back for larger ones, our fleet is ever changing, which is why we love this system so much.

The system is called Stashed Storage SpaceRail (www.stashedproducts.co.uk/TWT - aff link) and the video shows both the wall and ceiling mount options. In the video the ceiling mount is actually mounted beneath a shelf. Here’s our full review: www.twowheelingtots.com/stashed-storage-vertical-ceiling-bike-rack-review/

WHO NEEDS THESE MANY BIKES?
@Twowheelingtotsbikes
@Twowheelingtotsbikes Ай бұрын
No one! We review bikes and the vast majority of these are demo bikes. Some will go back to the manufacturers, but the rest we keep and then loan out to people who need a bike. That is why we love this system so much as amount and size of bike we need to store are always changing. While no one needs a set up like this, I would recommend this system for anyone who needs to fit even 2 to 3 bikes in a tight space.

Luckily we didn’t buy all these! We run a website that reviews bikes so we regularly get demo bikes. Some of these bikes in the video already got shipped back to the manufacturers. The bikes they don’t want back we store and loan out to people who need bikes (we can’t sell them). This is why we love this system as it is easily adaptable to our ever changing fleet of bikes.

Why are you buying an e-bike for your kids
@Twowheelingtotsbikes
@Twowheelingtotsbikes Ай бұрын
As an eMTB the Specialized Levo Kids is designed for a very specific purpose, to allow young riders to tackle more mileage as well as trails with higher elevations gains. On an eMTB our young testers have tackled trails with over 2,500ft elevation gain and over 16 miles in less than 2 hours. These bikes are not designed for casual riding or basic trail riding, they are designed to allow kids already confident on single track to be able to be come along with mom and dad as they take on trails that the vast majority of MTB kids wouldn’t be physical fit to take on. And yes, you better believe that they still get a workout when doing these long rides!

@Twowheelingtotsbikes

This is an Axiom rack. Most racks will not state that they are compatible with a child bike seat because the company does not want to take on that liability. Make sure that whatever rack you choose has a weight capacity that will cover both the bike seat and the child.

Prevelo 2 - or woom 2?
@Twowheelingtotsbikes
@Twowheelingtotsbikes 2 ай бұрын
The Prevelo Alpha Two is a 16 inch bike. The woom 2 is a smaller 14 inch bike. If you’re wanting to compare both of their 16 inch bikes, the Prevelo has a lower minimum seat height so a child can fit on it sooner. It also has much lower handlebars, which more confident and aggressive riders prefer over the upright handlebars of the Woom.

I mean yeah, it's over $400, of course it's going to be a great bike. It's frustrating when some reviewers don't seem to factor in price at all. If there's a bike that's just slightly less in terms of design, but is half the cost, then it's a better bike.

The bike that is closest to the car sits pretty close to the car, so I would not think so. However, we have never tested this, so I would suggest contacting Allen support to see if they have any other options for you. Hollywood racks does have a rack called “over the top” that is meant for cars with spare tires on the back.

I'm new to da' whole ebike world. This is hands down the best trunk bike reack review on KZbin. Def leaning towards the Allen Premier but wanted to know if it will hold weight of 1 75lb ebike. Thanks and keep up the good work!🔥🔥🔥
@Twowheelingtotsbikes
@Twowheelingtotsbikes 2 ай бұрын
A 75 pound E bike would greatly surpass the weight capacity. There’s always a total weight capacity for a rack, but also a per bike weight capacity. You need to buy a hitch rack for a bike that heavy. But also, most hitch racks will also not take a bike that is 75 pounds. I would suggest checking out 1up if your bike is really that heavy. 1up-usa.com/product/2in-xtreme-duty

My daughter is very tall and has always been in about the 97th percentile of height. At around 2 1/2 I transitioned her to the woom 1 plus because I already had one. If I didn’t have one, I would’ve just kept her on the woom 1 and let it be a little small for a while. She transitioned to a pedal bike at two years and 10 months.

coaster brakes cause kids to "unexpectedly fall" that sounds silly
@Twowheelingtotsbikes
@Twowheelingtotsbikes Ай бұрын
It does sound silly, but we’ve seen it dozens of times. Because kids naturally pedal backwards when they lose their balance on a bike (adult often do this as well), if a bike has a coaster brake, this action inadvertently activates the brake, which causes the bike to stop unexpectedly, leading to a fall.
@Jakeisks
