The Guardian isn't meant for mountain biking. Its brakes are incredibly powerful and excel for neighborhood riding.

I can't find the guardian airos anywhere. Only the ethos is available on their website. Did they discontinue the airos line?

The Airos has been discontinued. All Guardian bikes are now the Ethos models.

So how hard are these brakes gonna be to work on?

The only difference between these brakes and standard v-brakes is one of the brake pads on the rear caliper brake. In addition to the pad, one side of the brake also has a sliding arm that moves upon contact with the bike's rim, which pulls on the front brake and activates it. Every other component of the braking system is standard, so adjusting the tension of the brakes as well as the calipers themselves is the same. In the 5+ years we have been testing Guardian Bikes, we haven't had any issues or concerns with adjusting the brakes.
