Bro, i try to follow your instruction, the problem is, my pc is client, do i need to do the same way on the server pc? Server pc don’t have error on printer, only the clients pc, And thus it work on window 10 pro 128bit? Hope you reply on my concern, much appreciated.

Hi, after doing this I have error code 0 - paper jam. Printing is pending and I can hear clicking like metal (solenoid?) and the printer goes into error with red diode. What is going on?

tras desmontar la caja de cambios Ref. 302RV94020, descubro que esta "estallada, y el engranaje negro interior, partido en varios trozos, hace menos de un mes, repare este fusor, colocandole una tela termica y engrasándola con aceite liquido de fusor, y ha estado funcionando correctamente, hasta hace unos días.....¿de verdad, que es posible realizar una reparación en condiciones a esta "gran mierda" de Kyocera P2040dn?

he intentado reparar dos veces un fusor de Kyocera mod P2040dn, cambiándole cada vez la tela (dos modelos diferentes) y engrasando estas camisas con grasa especifica para fusores, de alta temperatura, en la segunda ocasión utilice aceite de silicona liquido (dos jeringas) y en ambas ocasiones que realice esta reparación, funciono, pero solo duro unas 4 o cinco semanas de uso, volveré a realizar este tipo de reparación, en esta ocasión sin la manta y engrasando con aceite liquido de silicona, pero estoy convencido que este tipo de fusor yocera es una "gran mierda"

Does anyone know how to full hard reset of the entire printer, including the network card (which was an optional accessory). I can't change the static ip address because i don't have the admin password anymore.

Wow, at day 2 of searching i noticed the network card is an IB-21E and i found the way to reset it. I'll just post it here for future reference. Switch off the printer, take out the network card by unscrewing the two thumbscrews and pull out the card. Locate the jumpers labelled SW1 and SW2. The jumper's standard location is covering SW1 and SW2, move this 90 degrees so it connects SW2. Put the card in the printer and switch it on. Print the status sheet and notice the network settings being reset. Switch off the printer, take out the card and put the jumper back to the original position. Put the card back and switch on the printer, it should all be accessible now.

Thank you so much! I just brought an old Kyocera 1020 back to life. It had two of those blue solenoids, but i only had to fix the one you showed in te video. (The one on the right). I used some double sided tape and a piece from a thin sheet of plastic.

Is the spring loaded inner tray with the stacked paper supposed to pop up when you slide the paper tray in? This would bring the paper closer to the pickup roller.
