Könnten sie uns vielleicht die VW Ersatzteil Nr. durchgeben. Kann das sein daß die 1J0 919050 korrekt ist. Paßt die plug and play, außer der elektro stecker. Danke und weiter so.

I know this was 3 years ago bro... but I'm rebuilding 2 AHL motors now. How many miles did your motor have on it? Also, curious how much deflection the exhaust valve (guides) had on the other cylinders? My first motor, I don't know the mileage (it was broken cam from oil starvation) second motor has 320k miles, it was running when I pulled it out to rebuild

I added the 185 manual injectors to my automatic ALH and it made a nice difference. Will the intake fit a Jetta body or is it beetle-specific? I will have to source one of those next time I'm in the junkyard.

I went to a local junkyard to get an injection pump because mine was failing. The only thing missing on all three cars in the junkyard was the injection pumps 🤦

When you disconnected the compressor did you have to open the lines? I don't want to have to vacuum and charging of AC. I just replaced the system. And then alternator goes out smh

The main reason for all that carbon buildup is the problematic EGR valve. Additionally, your PCV valve doesn't seem to function properly. Please replace it before it causes issues with your intake. Both the EGR and PCV valves can severely impact the ALH engine's performance.

I bought that damn glue and put damn near all of it on a right rear pop out glass and I had to gorilla tape it onto the truck to feel safe and it still fell out after a year

Yo, awesome video! And great info! Question tho, my dad has a 2012 Vw Beetle and the coolant lines that connect to the heater core in the firewall has broken. Like the plastic nub that comes out so the coolant line can connect to it, that piece is broken clean off and is inside the coolant line. How would I go about replacing that piece? Is it something I need the dash out for? Thank you!

Much more better intake is from PD150 (ASZ engine code) its all aluminum, bigger and bolt on on all ALH’s Then u can upgrade camshaft just by taking the stock one out of 1.9sdi (diesel without turbo) and putting it in ur ALH

My AHU did that too, not the whole valve, just a small chunk out the edge, did plenty of damage though! i was gutted, that engine was running sweet until it wasnt!!
