This has to be based on one of the earlier versions of the game where Dhalsim actually had air combos. In the later version in the arcade (and the one released on the Saturn) he has basically no air combos at all anymore, and his drill combos don't work either. Now with the re-release in the Marvel vs Capcom collection, he has none of these combos. You can do at best two hits in the air before they drop.
