Thanks for the tutorial. This video helped me learn Kara palm immensely. I still some ways to go before executing Kara palm with ease but your tutorial clarified the timing and the buttons involved. Is there a specific reason that you use jab and fierce for the palm?

Can I use LP + MP instead of LP+ HP for the plink instead? (after the LK)
@marveliciouscombos Жыл бұрын
Yes Very important, it is not a plink for the double punches it’s simultaneously to prevent the throw
@thejedioutcast804 Жыл бұрын
@@marveliciouscombos I understand the second part, I just wondered why you opt'd to use the HP button instead of the MP button. In my original question, I thought there was maybe something I didn't know about the HP button. I just find it easier to do by pressing LK~(LP+MP)

@@thejedioutcast804 yeah that’s just muscle memory I find it easier to hit LP and HP after the lk :)

man how u bind the last key in bottom line to genei jin?
@marveliciouscombos3 жыл бұрын
It’s a load state button, just use the emulator to bind it. Also, you’re on 30th anniversary edition, you can bind any button it to load. Very common training method

Why is pressing lp+hp better than just pressing one punch button for the palm?
@marveliciouscombos3 жыл бұрын
Hi, If you piano and the input of lp comes before any of the other punches you will get a throw. The whole point of hitting it at least 2 punches simultaneously is to avoid the throw! Also, using both lp and hp increases the probability that the Palm connects. If you mistime the punch, it essentially gives a total of 4 chances the punch is inputted at the right time. The button registers as an input on the press and release. (lp on press, hp on press, lp on release and hp on release)

I imagine it works just the same way. You just need to execute all of the above in the given time frame and in the right order.
