That episode always felt to me that it was actually a manifestation of how Henry sees his future. Where Henry is a Future Loser whilst everyone else has moderately successful lives, indicating that he probably thinks he’s a total failure who will never amount to anything in life, have nothing to live for, and will end up in a terrible marriage with an abusive future wife who hates him and parents who will despise him. (The fact that his future life somewhat resembles Pimply Paul's life is the main reason why I believe that.)

I don't really like such young kids being shipped - cooties still have a good four to five years in their worlds. That's why I liked the ending of the Bluey episode Camping; yes, the kids got along and it was adorable, but the episode made a point of bringing the two pups back together when they were in their mid-teens, when they're a little more mature, and so a relationship was far more palatable. For this reason, I'm also not a HenryXRalph shipper; come at me all you want with that, but it's age where Henry and Ralph fail when, say, Luz and Amity shine. Luz and Amity are twice the boys' age at fourteen. Still pretty young, but at least it's at the age were a lot of kids do start developing crushes and getting into their first relationships.

I definitely agree with this theory as I’m a Horrid Henry x Moody Margaret shipper my self. Infact sometimes I feel like I’m the only person who ships Henry and Margret. By the way this is actually true!🥹 as Margaret and Henry are technically arch enemy’s. However sometimes kids who are mean to each other can pretend that they only hate each other and nothing else and sometimes when kids are mean to each other it can sometimes be a sign that they are more than arch enemy’s. Henry and Margaret might just be one of those kids who hate each other but they kind of love each other at the same time and they might not realise it or they might kind of realise it and that can cause them to hide they’re true feelings for each other because they are too nervous to confess they’re true feelings to each other.

Moody Margaret can do so much better and Horrid Henry defiantly deserves better.
