Your name fits your character and vibe. You have patience to take 8 months to get your hair taken out. Your hair is beautiful. I start my micro locs on next month! ❤

This is a very excellent video. You were very awesome at your details, descriptions and explanations. I am 2 seconds away from combing mines out. Approaching my fourth year and for the same reason of loosing up at the ends. Looks like I have loose hair and half loc intentionally.. my hair is just a challenge to loc. I’ve tried traditional and sister. The next time around I will take the course so that I can become educated and maintain myself. Thank you for your video

I will be getting my sister locks installed in December. I’m just curious, why are people combing their sisterlocks out?!?!😮

Heyyy, waiting on another update. Miss you girl and hope all is well!!! FYI: I keep up with your videos because we started at the same time and pretty much the same hair density and texture. I’m not comparing but I do want to know that mine are flourishing the way they should 😊. Hopefully we will see you soon 🫶🏾

I can’t imagine combing out locs would be cost efficient… i hope you’re getting paid hourly.

Congratulations! Why 8 months were you taking out every day?

Why not fix the problem ones? It seems you will damage your hair more by combing them all out.

I do not like my reties tighten to the scalp. I think the tension will lead to hair loss over time. Especially in the crown area, edges and the nape…IMO

This is the video with the person who had the most similar loc’d hair to me (in terms of texture and length) - so good to know what may happen if I take them down. Thanks for sharing before during and after.

Hello, new subbie (I think I might be #500!😊) I love your Sisterlocks…it took a lot of courage to start over! I’ve had mine 3.5 years and I have some issues with mine too and have considered starting over but I just don’t want to 😂. Your “before” SLs renind me a lot of my hair. I only have about 340 because of the size of my head and hair density. I really love how fine your SLs are and how they look now. You’re really giving me food for thought. ❤

We have the same hair shape and density! Im going to be following your journey for hope and inspiration. I’m 4 months in and wondering if Its safe to cut my hair in the back. It has the same shape as yours my front is tighter and coarse and shorter, and my back half is longer and a little looser. Need some advice.

8 months! I would just cut them off! With the 4 inches of hair growth you could just be rocking braids with extensions while you grow it out. Well done for having the patience. Also how were you even styling your hair to go out in those 8 months?

Just subscribed. 🎉 I’m so excited to follow your journey! I’m on my second set of sisterlocks as well! I shaved my first set off bc I couldn’t figure out how to comb them out. 😩 Took me almost 2 years to grow it out to a good length but I’m so happy with my new set!

Your hair is going to be split everywhere. May as well just cut it low and start over, growing it back out.
