That three cylinder engine is the best ive heard in any car. Ive had a few engines like that and the only one to come close as regards the sound was the Suzuki 1 litre boosterjet which was discontinued. Im in the UK, 136bhp is enough for our roads. Ive driven the 1 series and the Mini with this engine, manual and auto. The twin scroll turbo works so well, it eradicates that usual lull then surge you get most three cylinder turbos. I have a Dacia and its not easy to make smooth progress, takes a bit of getting used to.

Unlocked speed on manual can go approx 270-280 kp/h if in good shape . Not sure about automatic but it reached max speed at 4th gear and there is still one remaining :)

A little fun fact or maybe (in case you don't know) a little tip for the 540 owners out there: When you hit the top speed lift your foot off the throttle just a little bit.. it will upshift into 5th gear and you can "cruise" with 250kmh at ~5000rpm😅
