So much torque, need a longer ratio. Better use the ratio from 525tds with 2.65 and you can go to 300 km/h

Very very nice straight car too. What other mods have you done to the engine? M20B25 had about 170bhp standard I think. How did you get it up to 380? That’s amazing. What kind of blower is fitted to it?

Hi, First of all, its a m50b25 tu.. means 192HP stock There is a Rotrex Supercharger (centrifugal) on it with 0.85bar pressure (12.5psi) Rev limiter 6800

@@denishogan Hi, compression is still 10.5/1. Bottom end components are stock. Bearings, gaskets ect. are new. Head is refreshed with a copper o-ring system to prevent the headgasket from blowing appart. Lighter tappers are installed too. Engine management is K-Data KDFI 1.4. Tuned on a Dynojet Dyno.

Would love to charge my 2.0l M50 E34, but I'm not sure it's worth doing to a 2.0l. It is also very difficult to insure modified cars here in Ireland. Your car sounds and goes well... enjoy it!

It is called compressor surge and happens because he doesn't have a blow off valve. It is generally regarded as unhealthy for the bearings.

Sorry to say this but either it isn't 380 ish hp or its very badly tuned, because 100-200 is 16.6 sec estimated from the video which is slow for this setup. My e34 525i(2.8 stroker) did with a bad vanos 17.1 sec 100/200 using racebox. The only nice thing i hear is the compressor noise

@@thomasbiedersberger3092 14.21, I took the video frame by frame in my editor and found it was 14.21 seconds. Stock W210 E55 with 354PS does 100-200 in 13.86s. I think your dyno is reading high, not enough load.

There's a thing called centrifugal superchargers. It's like a turbocharger but it's connected to the engine via a pulley. Sounds exactly like a turbocharger but doesn't behave like one.
