The m112 and m113 are smooth and bulletproof engines. These engines are simple in design since their single overhead can and have no VVT. The dual spark ignition made them incredibly fuel efficient. The V6 got comparable fuel economy to Toyota’s 4cyl and the v8 got fuel efficiency comparable to v6s. More manufacturers should’ve kept the dual ignition systems.

The GLK is the best among the SUVs.

Great cars but i wouldn't qualify them of first cars except if you buy your car late or have a rich family but you would probably not be able to get those at like 17 or 18 and even worse if in Europe

Im on my 2nd W202 the 1st one i gave to my daughter. After driving it for a number of years, she reliably used it to travel to university and to do weekend work to help pay her way through her degree. I have recently come across a very low milage C200 W202. It's driving like a dream.

Well there are very few cars in the same price bracket that beats it

Idk sir I've had the ML and GL back then and drove them to around 100k miles. No issues seen. I've since then had a 2022 GLE which ran great for 50k miles before I decided to upgrade to a 2024 GLS. So far so good. Same with my 2023 SL63. No major problems yet. Did have couple of recalls but they were minor if and the dealership has it resolved in couple hrs.

I'm gravely shocked that the W202 is among the problem-rich designs; I've never heard of these issues mentioned in the video with any of the W202 models I've been seeing with friends, relatives and even strangers....really strange.

I came into the video with an open mind, but as soon as I heard the generic video voice over, I lost all faith.

The 2016 C and GLC are such shit cars that I will never buy Merck’s again. Terrible quality with very poor service at Northshore Mercedes in Sydney.

Why on earth did you not mention the disaster that is the Mercedes S400 Hybrid 2010-2014??? It was a total and utter engineering failure, not to mention a con-job, as Mercedes were aware of the chronic issues of the 60amp electric Hybrid system, and did nothing to address it! Today S400 are rarely seen on the roads thankfully, because they are dangerous! Most are simply expensive driveway ornaments, due to the tens of thousands it cost to repair them; not to mention Mercedes no longer make the parts!

I have to recommend my Volvo V60 hybrid which uses a petrol engine driving the front wheels and an electric motor driving the rear wheels. When AWD is selected they work together giving enhanced traction and power delivery in low traction conditions. In this mode my car was able to climb a hill on packed snow on summer tyres without any problem.

Go buy a Dodge Ram !! This POS needed brake pads and rotors at 25 thousand and got 20 MPG or less with only 10 MPG with my boat behind it !! It passed everything on the road but a gas station and also a repair shop !! I now have a Ford Maverick. It gets 20 MPG while towing my boat and also 30 MPG on the highway! It is the BEST truck that I have ever owned.
