Hiya, man, cheers, I watched some of your videos during my GCSEs this June, and I ended up getting 240/240 on my maths and 160/160 on my Further Maths. I also did Triple science I'm which I got 198/200 in physics and Nines in the Rest of the sciences as well. I got 150/150 in my computer science and 9 in my geography and both the English language and literature I just wanted to share this all cause you also had most of my subjects and I credit my grades to you. As I thought it would be pretty hard to adjust to the UK system as I moved from India but you helped me all the way, so a biggg, thank you. Waiting for your A level videos

I've just started Year 10 and after my first set of mocks Geography is definitely my weakest subject. Thank you so much for the revision tips they definitely motivated me to get started on some revision and organise my time efficiently so I'm using a range of different revision techniques to learn the content. Greatly appreciate the video it is a life saver

yeah! CGP is great, just make sure you look at multiple sources to pick up extra details; the flashcards are just meant for summaries

How would you suggest getting near the top marks for English language paper 2 question 5? Question 5 would ask for the persuasive writing on any random topic so how would I be able to prepare myself with the ideas for a topic that would come up in the GCSE exam that I have no clue to write about?

hi there, don’t worry too much about having any specific knowledge on the topic asked. there are no marks available for knowing about the topic beyond common sense, its all about HOW you write it. use persuasive phrases and techniques almost like a checklist (rhetorical questions, tricolon, anecdotes, hyperbole, etc.). you dont need an amazing argument/points to get the top marks!

@@arnav-prasadtrue all you need is a convincing tone,SPAG and vocab.Barbara from First rate tutors says 5o have knowledge on topical issues but i think she overestimates how much time Y11'S have.Also how do you revise english language?As in like yk like with other subjects.You get your head down and get on with it for 2 or 3 hours.It just seems like even past papers,or even marking past papers isn't enough because you need confidence.I have no confidence so it's extremely difficult to revise the subject
