Just a couple extra tips leading off of this great video that I wanted to share: 1. As mentioned in the video, Biology is the most content-specific science, so the mark schemes will be infinitely more valuable than any other 3rd party source - there's usually 1 big process per topic (sometimes more) e.g. protein synthesis, CNS/reflex arc, virus life cycles etc. which need to be crystal-clear in you head 2. For Chem and Physics, find a page of maths questions that you struggle with for each (e.g. a full page of prefix unit conversions) - once you've learnt the method, you'll forget it almost the next day - so with the page do just 1 question every day to prove to yourself that you still remember the method 3. Colour-code (RAG) spec points as you go, prioritise the reds then ambers then greens (if there is time) - don't do what I did which is go through every topic as they appeared on the spec in order, you run the risk of not being able to cover the final topics which could be very red 4. These weren't mentioned in the video, but the youtube channel "freesciencelessons" and the platform "Seneca" are overrated in my opinion - they burnt me out because there were too many videos/sub-topics, were designed at mostly a basic level, and took too long to complete 5. Create your own resources - don't waste money on CGP question cards coz in theory you can only really use them once in a period of time - don;t use other people's Quizlets coz they might be on a different exam board/spec I hope this helped someone, good luck :)

You'll be glad to know I did NONE of this for my exams (i cry) but I actually watched the full video and you had some good stuff in there Arnav so well done 👍

ok no wait I did some of this phew thank you for the reassurance that skimming the spec pages was actually partially useful... never as effective as memorising the computing CGP book but close enough!

Perhaps utilising this unmatchdd perspicacity and sheer indefatigablitity would have accentuated your potential greatly.

At first I doubted the authenticity of this fairly small scale KZbinr however upon further research and indulging myself in his content I have come to realise my skepticism was simply wrong. As an ex-GCSE student now I am glad to have found this channel as it led me in the right direction. I see great things coming this man’s way and he soon will be an academic influencer, elevating students worldwide to strive for success and push to exceed their limits. Arnav Prasad you are a great man and you singlehandedly saved my triple science grades. I hope you keep posting and I look forward to AS and A-level content being featured on this channel so that I can get all A*s and go to my dream university. Subscribe to this channel because I promise that your grades will drastically improve. I hope you get all the support you need Arnav so you can keep inspiring students everywhere 🙏🏻.

Hi! I have two months until my gcse exams. I'm not completely confident in the content- i understand most of it, but just tend to forget it quickly. I 've made flashcards but i wanna remake them for topics i find challenging. Do you think its worth making flashcards because I don't make any notes. Also, should i start doing exam papers now ? Thank you :)
@arnav-prasad10 ай бұрын
I would say it’s still worth making/updating some flashcards, but just focus on the content/topics you’re least confident about and review these often. Yes, you should start doing some practice: starting with frequent topic questions then moving to full past papers-and finally timed papers.

@@arnav-prasad Thank you so much!! Just out of curiosity, around how many hours would you revise a day ?
@arnav-prasad10 ай бұрын
Quality over quantity of course-check your progress by the number of topics you’ve covered thoroughly rather than time spent. That being said, a couple of hours of focused revision is important, building this up as April approaches.
