I have over 1800 hours in CSGO, over 500 in rust, over 2,000 hours in fortnite, an estimate of around 300 hours in rocket league, and i love "cozy" games. i grew up on minecraft, i've played animal crossing for about 250-275 hours, and stardew for about 130 hours. cozy games are for people who sometimes don't want to get immediately mad when something goes wrong

The same thing happened to me but with autistic games like city builders and strategy games where I played them before because I didn't have anything else, stopped as soon as I could beacuse shooters and other mainstream games seemed better, and now recently have come back to realize they were it the whole time.

People in their teens and 20s if you wanna play games then play competitive games as much as you can because this is when ur gonna be the most competitive maybe this dude is 30 or something that's why he doesn't like comp games anymore... I'm 21 and I played games like fortnite,PUBG etc but just recently I started valorant and I already improved so much that everytime I tell someone I'm new they don't believe it because of my game sense and all so don't start playing offline or these "cozy" games just yet but of course if you want to play them you can play them whenever you want but i just wanted to give an advice

I felt this video bro, I've been sucked into first person shooters since I was 13, COD & CSGO ruled my life for damn near a decade. I just recently decided to take a more relaxing route to gaming, I've fully accepted that I'm just not made to actually be good at shooters haha, many years of crash outs, raising blood pressure, and probably taking years off my life.... I truly enjoy playing platformers and games like legend of zelda. Looking forward to this new gaming chapter and where it takes me. I also tried out animal crossing on the 3DS, I enjoyed it but not like I enjoyed COD or CSGO, still got animal crossing on the switch, yet again, didn't get too deep into it.

800 hours on R6 I have switched to more chill games. Or campaign games. Don’t get me wrong I’ll still hate my life and play ranked games with my friends but I don’t stress as much as I did when I was younger. I play a lot of pal world and just go farming for materials or just add on to my base I have such a relaxing time when I do that.

I love zomboid because it is accessible, mulitplayer cataclysm dda. With the drawback being less functionality.

If you're willing to sacrifice even more graphics for even more depth, check out CDDA. It's a mind blowingly deep game, but the tradeoff is extremely basic graphics. In fact it was originally an ASCII game until graphical mods were made for it. In terms of depth, makes Project Zomboid seem simple. But Project Zomboid is probably a good compromise for most people. But if you value depth over all else, you'll get a lot of fun out of CDDA.

I think State of Decay hits a nice similar feeling, definitely not the same in ways but unique in the zombie genre

I am now an old duder and I managed to live my life - a good and fun one, obviously with its ups and down- without talking openly of the "condition" you are humoristically referring to throughout your vid.
