Hey Saiko! Thanks for being so honest and sharing even the bad moments. Difficult moments like that I feel are also important sometimes, they allow us to grow and that makes the good moments feel more meaningful too. Nonetheless, I do hope you have a lot more happy and fun experiences going forward. Take care and enjoy! 😊

Re: "such an embarrassing experience" I wouldn't call it that! It's always good for us to realize how (relatively) good we have it, due to when/where we were born - and to be grateful - but that doesn't make our feelings of discontentment less valid ♥ And I'm sorry your friend couldn't meet you for dinner - they missed out on pizza and Saiko! Great video as always!!

Sadness is just a feeling, it is suppose to help guide you through the world. It’s your heart’s way of saying. I missed the company of being happy with others. So don’t waste a single moment. Continue your search for your treasure. Fill your life with love songs and beautiful laughters. Make wonderful friends out of shy strangers. Create a place for them in your world. Put all your passions into your search.

I wanted to share something about the part about feeling guilty for "complaining". I cannot share it as advice because I don't know if other people feel the same way. But my observations in MY life have been that it's pointless to feel bad about complaining because others have it bad. I lost a lot of time doing that. And I one day came to realize that it's a very low key way of compartmentalizing your own needs and desires to come last (yet again), or otherwise minimizing your own wants and desires out of life. Other people have tough breaks in life for the challenges they have to face due to their location or circumstance. You're the same exact thing. You cant control that you were born in a cleaner or well maintained country, for example. The way you life your life still impacts your needs and wants and desires just the same way theirs does. You SHOULD be able to want more out of life. That doesn't make you selfish or non caring just because other people have different challenges in life. Life isn't easy just because you don't live in a 3rd world country. You have your own problems to deal with that scale to what your environment/society is. And if that problem is dealing with mental health and wanting more out of life, then you're just another human being in the world. I really enjoy your journey.
@SaikoTakahashi5 күн бұрын
Thank you so much for your valuable advice It really made me thinking Yes, we all can’t control our background and we all have our own problems no matter how small for others There's no point in comparing myself to others, I should focus on myself. Thank you for such a great teaching:))

On a voyage of self-discovery, some of your insights will be hard or painful. This is ok if you learn from them. They will make you stronger. But don't use them as a weapon to hurt yourself. Not constructive. Thank you for the beautiful video :)

Good seeing you again. Glad that you are having fun. Stay safe and focus on the here and now, for they are all that we really have.Yesterday and tomorrow are only memories and ideas. The secret is not just to be aware of the here and now but to be aware that you are aware of it.

It’s okay to feel embarrassed by someone achievements. There’s always someone doing bigger and greater things than you. You don’t have much accomplishments right now, but the fact that you’re trying to find accomplishments in your life is already a big step. Let’s keep at it, one step at a time.

My family is from Syria :) Don't feel bad, complaining is part of being human, we all do it. The important thing is to remember to practice gratitude as often as we can, even if we can't stop complaining :) And yes, as someone who travels frequently, usually alone, things going wrong make us sad and scared, but in the long run, they also add to the experience and help us grow. I remember losing my work phone in Croatia, I started to cry haha! Now I just remember it as a funny memory and shake my head at my idiocy.
@myhome7727 күн бұрын
Sad and scared for you seems like it is a very serious thing. Compares to lost things, it seem more unforgiving. Why hurt yourself, they are just feelings. Let the emotions go and focus on a solution. Let your feelings guide you, don’t let them to hurt you.

Another nice video Saiko Chan. Don't feel you need to compare yourself to others your same age, everyone is different and mature at different rates. Just find your comfort zone and eventually you will figure things out. This big solo trip shows you are able to survive and cope with whatever comes at you, while learning about new places and cultures. So feel proud about that, and enjoy the rest of your travels!
