Have seen this done before in the 50s. Coconut husks are something else. Great for fires and cooking on.

I watch this festival, as a sailor, the details on the Polynesian proams and I believe that God will help the young people to continue the traditions and customs of their grandparents. Today, in the capitalist West, young people are not interested in the past, they put grandparents in homes and they run after money. Here in Croatia, schools for traditional shipbuilding are opened and tourists are taken on these boats. Unfortunately, it only lasts 3-4 months. I imagine that with you it could last the whole year, driving tourists to your beautiful beaches, coves, lagoons, with a decent income to maintain those Pros.

When I see this beauty, this peace, I want to move, live on the islands of Polynesia, Micronesia...get away from these western poisoners of the soul. When I build a boat, nothing will stop me from sailing your beautiful lagoons, islands...
