I'd like to see more focus on debunking gender ideology itself. Removing the concept of a gender identity entirely. They never had gender dysphoria and they still have a hard time functioning in social contexts. They realize they will be medicalized for the rest of their lives, with complications and a much shorter life span. The tidal wave of detransitions has already started, which despite the lies of the genderists, is more in the range of 50 to 70 % (based on insurance data in a German study) and not the 1% that the trans rights activists are fond of citing.

I think some really are born with brains typical of the other sex, and in cases where it's been very clear from a young age this should be treated as such, but there are some cases which I think may be explained by maladaptive psychological coping mechanisms, though that's present in all of us to varying degrees, trans or otherwise. But it was interesting to hear a different perspective.

I work in a public school and the district I work for has embraced the gender identity ideology. We recently hired a non-binary counselor at the school I work at that is a champion for the ideology and is actively promoting, recruiting and grooming our adolescents. Many of our staff are wholeheartedly supportive as well. As a result we have seen a spike in gender dysphoria in our school. We need to address how we can stem this tide in our schools and our state and national school counseling associations as they been indoctrinated. I understand the need to be courageous and push back, and I have, but it hasn't been without consequences. I'm risking my job and the relationships I've have with my colleagues. Parents and teachers really need to be educated and informed as to what their children are being exposed to. I could use a resource of therapists in our area that practice a more neutral, wholistic therapeutic approach as opposed to exclusively gender affirming anti-therapy which is pervasive.
