I don’t think that the service on board you get for price you pay is worth it. There is no welcome drink . After 30 minutes flying they served champagne. But if you don’t like champagne you get nothing . The food they offer is economy class . The bread and butter were almost frozen . Just like the cheese. Due to lack of crew you have to wait for almost an hour before they collect the tray again and you get coffee or tea . The same counts for the breakfast served in a carton box .After they have served the coffee you don’t see the crew anymore until breakfast . So you have to go to the galley yourself if you want something on a 13 hours flight to Seoul. One thing is for sure . The service on board needs a big upgrade !

When you dare travel in a Premium product (W J P oe even R) wearing a proletarien T-shirt, hoddie, jeans and sneakers, you don't give a hoop whether the food is good enough for you or not since, from your very early age, you have never been brought up to make the difference between an Iranian beluga caviar and a Russian sevruga. Besides, real ''jet-setters'' reject airline food for their over salted, over spiced dishes made to wake-up taste buds altered due to extreme dryness and pressurisation in cabin. All those flight reviews are ridiculous... and useless. Been flying constantly from my youth until air travel became a nightmare. Now I rail as much as possible (within the Canadian corridor) and it is way superior in sercice and product and a much better R.O.I.

When I do fly to Paris via the states( connect in Boston) I do AirFrance because I like the professionalism/friendliness and the language. I’ve been thinking about upgrading to Premium maybe for the extra legroom/personal space and their meal options are way better then the us airlines (economy class). I will probably the try premium on the next flight and supposedly the newer airbus have slightly upgraded seats within premium. Plus- I like practicing my French before landing in Paris.

That was crazy getting on the plane there. Looks liek ground crew has no idea. I've flown Buiness class many times between London and Bogota on the 787 , been more than happy with the expeirence. From the UK they are the only direct flights (at time of writting) and I think really good value for money. Other connection flights within Colombia on their A320's, I have to pay for the seats up front with more leg room. Being literally head and shoulders taller than most Colombians, those seats aren't designed for me haha.

En 2023 viajé, ida y vuelta, de París a Buenos Aires. Buen espacio para estirar las piernas porque estaba en el asiento que da al mamparo. El reposapiernas no cumple con su función, ya que sólo se despliega 45°. No es verdad que entreguen auriculares con cancelación de ruido, de hecho eran chinos, sin marca y de pésima calidad. Pero lo que más debo destacar es EL SERVICIO (o la FALTA DE...). Poquísimos auxiliares de vuelo, que deben atender Premium y Economy. Te tiran la bandeja de comida, te sirven media copa de bebida... y DESAPARECEN. La comida: extraña (ensaladas agridulces) y sobre todo: POCA. Menos mal que había llevado galletas. A LA VUELTA: todo igual, mismo asiento... pero sin agua en los baños (en todos). Entre la comida principal y el horrible desayuno, NO SE ofrecen NADA de NADA para picar. Este año debo viajar nuevamente, pero obviamente que no lo haré en esta descuidada aerolínea semi-estatal.
