I was in the Swiss Air lounge in ZRH a couple of years ago , and thought it was great. Good food , comfortable seating , copped some sleep in the zero gravity chairs. The flt to and from BOS was great. Again good food and a great cabin.

Cool video but the Zurich lounge was great! There was conditioner for the shower, the terrace is beautiful and the food is great, I don’t understand why you said it was stuffy because it was very airy.

You got a good deal. United now want about 250,000 OW for Business now from / to USA. It's generally only good for economy awards.

Obviously the food is going to dependent on the time of day. When I was there I found the food good, the lounge to be fairly good, better than Galleries at LHR T5 (both N and S). I'm not a fan of the 221 122 configuration, I'd prefer something like LATAM which I think was the same seat but 121.

Wow am I familiar with the Swiss Business Class Lounge. Spent nearly 6 hours there for a layover during the pandemic which meant I couldn’t leave the airport. Food options were very limited. The flight to São Paulo was good and certainly worth the extra cost of economy but that applies on any airline’s long haul flights.

My experience in Munich was the young people were very friendly but generally the older generation were off hand and disinterested, however there were a few notable exceptions. 😊

Flying Zurich to Miami on the worst airline ever, I can't believe I paid all this money for this, they truly believe someone can be on a plane like this...travel business for the first and definitely last time on this travesty of airline, no food, no water, no drinks on a 10 hours business class fly. Pathetic. I fly with my kids and they have to endure the most racist behavior from the fly attendants.
