Zod and other bad guy kryptonians and strong aliens is an easy way to give him enemies to struggle against. Robots and dudes with kryptonite work too. He doesn't have to fight thugs like it's an Arkham game. Some type of solar charge meter could justify certain mechanics like flight boosts and laser vision. Imagine you break the sound barrier on boosting with a satisfying punchy sound. Uniting flight and combat would be an interesting challenge but dbz games have a good foundation for that already. Ground opponents could have grapple hooks that ground you as well. My idea is to do the general Zod invasion story with a bunch of kryptonians and kryptonian robots (powered by red sun radiation or something idk) to fight. Luthor tries to participate in repelling the invasion by handing out kryptonite to mercenaries. The mercs will target superman as well and cause problems for civilians. These mercs could have kryptonite grapple hooks that ground superman forcing you into ground combat. Adding alternate suits from other comics, games, and movies like Arkham does would be cool.

I think that Marvel should’ve temporarily ‘stopped’ after endgame. 2 years to get people wanting new movies again and then give them new stuff to watch, new superheroes, etc

Some people still do not love Superman no matter how much he always tries to do the right thing, but regardless, he would still do it in the end, because that's who he is. Where I have seen that? Only now with cheaper production, lighting and score.

Scott should 100% be on the original team. Jean and Scott are Charles' first students in most cases and Im not sure what series this comes from but there was an arc in which scott was on an original team of xmen that all died except scott, and Charles wiped the memory from his mind so he could go on leading the team leading to a confrontation between them. It would make a great additional push for Scott's realization that charles isn't perfect.

I heard something in here and I definitely was hoping he would shout out the other creator who came up with the idea. I watch a lot of KZbin mostly film news due to it being part of the subject I’m going for in college. I’ve only heard one creator talk about the idea and everyone else who brought it has given him credit for the idea of the supposed story James is trying to do. So when I heard him say the idea I thought he was going to shout out the creator or leave a link for the original video for the idea or at least possibly have a video of his own explaining the idea. I’m not following someone who steals content and tries to pass it off as their own.

The side quests alone are really exciting to think about. A series of confusing challenges from Mxy, various collectibles from Toymaker, lost embarrassing pictures from Jimmy’s camera, and most fun of all: a fetch quest where you get the impossible to reach droppings of one Krypto the superdog. The reward for completing this mission would be an alt skin for Superman that is basically just a Krypto suit.

What I love about the kid is that he has constructed this pole, it took time, everyone is running away and this kid has a different plan. He’s gonna trust in Superman.
