I really appreciate your 'Versatile TriCut Brush'👍. I've often pondered over this issue and how to address it, as I build robot vacuums as a hobby. However, my primary focus lies in constructing stair-climbing vacuum robots. Currently, I'm working on a modular 2x0.5x0.4 m^3 dirt machine, designed to distribute dirt consistently each time for more comparable tests. I'm hopeful that we'll continue to see innovations for vacuum robots in the future, such as your cutting system.

There is no base on this argument. Keep battery unfilled will caused battery life to get shorten. Not the other way around.

@@mrmurdock6994 lol you know nothing about battery. Keeping battery FULLY CHARGED (4.2V/cell) will shorten its life span. Battery don't like being fully charged all the time

one useful feature which I think is super helpful, is the ability of these cleaners to spot lost items posted by the user. It would be great if it can spot the lost objects uploaded to its memory and alert the owner if it finds it while cleaning.

I purchased the Dreame X40 Ultra smart robot vacuum cleaner. The vacuum worked flawlessly for 5 days, but on the 5th day, it started spinning in place because the right wheel stopped working. Those considering buying this product should keep this in mind, as you might suddenly find yourself without a functioning robot vacuum.

beginning with x40 it is now for worldwide, no separation. so x40 you can buy in Germany with full functions, like in mediamarkt and amazon

@@eXodusN yes, both great models, a third, very good option is the new narwal ​freo x ultra, has very good mops cleaning result because of high pressure on the floor. it costs 900 euro with the 300 Euro Rabatt Code (don't know if it is available any more, on original website with email subscription). it has very great method to eliminate hair, too. but dust is not sucked into main station, it stays in robot. but some see it as advanced feature. I see now, on amazon available too, 959 euro minus 60 euro Rabatt coupon

@@carmelo309 America. Bought X30 and it came not able to mop. Amazon said they could only recommend to reach out to the manufacturer for replacement or I would lose the coupon $500 off. Returned it to Dreame 4 weeks ago and they have failed to send a replacement or even communicate when they would send one. No matter how many times I reach out asking about this all they say is they can only reach out to the higher department. But it’s been four weeks now so in my eyes, that means they don’t care about their customers.

@@carmelo309 Bought the new Dreame X30 on Amazon on launch day, February February 28. I received it on 1 March. by 3 March, I realize that the mopping function was not working therefore I had a defective unit so they could send a replacement however they said that due to their policies they could only offer a refund and I would lose my $500 coupon. They said the only way to fix it is to contact the manufacturer Dreame. So I contacted them which started off pretty well but I’m saying it’s not a problem. Will send you out a brand new replacement and some vacuum bags for your trouble. Cool. Four or five days to get the shipping label to send it back to them. They said once they received the defective unit they will send out the replacement unit. They received the defective unit on 21 March. When they got it, they said that the X30 is out of stock and as soon as it is back in stock, they will send it. The X30 came back in stock on March 28. It has been over three weeks since they received my defective unit in 2+ weeks since the X300 has been back in stock and the company cannot communicate when they will send a replacement or what the hold up is or anything remotely resembling customer service.
