They are really nice figures at a reasonable price i ordered mine only recently from Beast Kingdom so cannot wait to add them to my collection. Still have my Mego Batnan figures from the 70's and have quite a large collection of the Figures Toy Company Batman 66 series which are not top quality but do make a good display.

A few years back, I wanted a mini-army build...not to compete with the truly serious folks out there who eat up every Imp available online..just 50 Snowtroopers..I spent all told about $900 bucks on acquiring my little mini-platoon over a few years. Only a few I bought came with original rifles...and none had their little "skirt", or "kilt" or whatever it was...the original figures' capes were notorious for VERY easily falling off and getting lost by kids..same with the weapons for most, if not all SW figures. The skirt was just a little trapezoid of white vinyl...how do you even tell it apart from a repro cape? Toy Polloi offered a downloadable guide for free so you could cut your own...So I did...and none of them are perfect like a machine could do...so anyone with an eye and some expertise could easily spot them as having been cut with my scissors from this old white picnic tablecloth my Mom had lying around. My point is...I already spent near a grand on my guys...to find original capes?...AND about the 40 guns I needed?...It would have been alot more expensive. I just want my crew to look sharp...and not spend too much....these were cheap toys for kids back in the day with easily lost parts...they arent Rembrandts.

I feel like sharing my story in case it helps others. I abused stimulants and caused a drug induced psychosis. I got prescribed Seroquel in rehab. I am 2 years clean off of recreational drugs, which I’m proud of. Unfortunately, I never had a “healthy baseline” because of the chaos of active addiction for 10 years. When I was younger, I was very sharp, aware, always analyzing and aware of my surroundings. I was ambitions and creative. The past two years, I have had: Memory issues - my memory is horrible. My girlfriend asks me “how was your day” and I genuinely can’t recall on tiny anecdote or story to share. I don’t remember conversations we have about our relationship and it can cause a lot of frustration etc… brain fog - there is this veil of thoughts constantly taking me out of the room. I feel like I’m always “floating through the world”. I work in neurofeedback, and my brain scans indicate a lot of delta waves. Those are sleep waves and you shouldn’t have them while awake at all. I have 6 standard deviations above the normal with slow wave activity. Low T? - havnt actually gotten my T levels checked. But I’m 30, and I feel that my libido is low. It takes me about 2 weeks to get horny after ejaculation. Imo that’s way too long. I know I’m aging but I think 30 year old should have a higher libido (especially given how healthy / fit I am) I can relate to not laughing - i work in mental health, so I work with clients one on one. I feel like they share where they are at, and all I can seem to come up with is a smile and nod. There’s no “yes, and” in my conversations. My girlfriend feels like she’s always initiating conversation and I just say “yea” to everything. Creativity - I used to be so witty and I would make everyone laugh. I got class clown in high school. Now, I can’t think of the last time I made a joke. Weight - I’m in great shape. But I am worried that I will become too skinny. I actually liked the weight gaining component. Hair loss? - my hair is thinning. This might not be med related. My dad and brother both have full heads of hair at age 40 and 65… but maybe I got my grandpas genes.. My thyroid could be messed up? - which I feel is leading to brain fog and the low T I am at 75 mg down from 125 a year ago. The tapers are PAINFUL. I have restless leg syndrome constantly. My bones ache. It’s like I want to itch the inside of my bones but I can’t… when I taper, I can’t stop talking in conversation. I leave a conversation feeling like I didn’t read the room properly. My biggest worry is that I have these brain spasms. Sometimes I have a short brief impulse to drive my car into a building (I do not have suicidal thoughts typically). My second biggest worry is how I will be in my relationship. What if she falls out of love with me? What if I yell at her, or emotionally hurt her? Etc… But I’ve had enough with the side effects. I thought this whole time that my symptoms came from my drug abuse. But after looking this up… I think it’s from the Seroquel. I guess there’s only on way to find out. I’m worried that even if I taper, the testosterone, thyroid and hair won’t repair, and I’ll be left with losing too much weight. I’m worried I will become an “anxious skinny low T man in his 30s”. Fuck. That scares me I am going to taper starting today. Down to 50mg. Then 25mg per week for the next 3 weeks. Maybe a little slower. We will see. Breath work, emotional support, doing the next right thing, prayer / meditation, and trying to keep my appetite up and eat even when I don’t want to. I’m scared but it’s time to take the next step. Any insight or support would be appreciated. I’ll try and update you later down the line if I can remember

My Mum used to paint these figures for Britains. A box would be delivered containing a gross of them (144) and she'd be paid a ridiculously low amount of money to paint them before they were collected. I remember her doing the panda, the cowboys, and the US Civil war figures. She maintains to this day that it ruined her eyesight.

Hey im karlee and I'm currently doing the journey of going off the seroquel. I've been tapering for 4 weeks now. Last few month I've become more aware that my speech has deteriated. I've been taking seroquel for 14 years now. Even the taper has been extremely difficult so far. I've started relapsing but also am aware that this is normal. Just wondering do have any tips on how to continue tapering? 😃

Actually, NECA did not screw up at all. I have the very same figure and fact is, the guard does come off the sword so that you can place it in the correct hand. When placed in the hand, peg the guard back onto the sword. This is intentional and there are videos on KZbin where they show you this. No need to cut or snip anything. My figure is safely holding the sword and flag the correct way, as it is shown on the cover artwork (as well as on the actual product photo on the back of the figure's packaging). ☺️

Im mainly an 8” figure fan anything over that ,even as a kid my 6 million dollar man was so awesome but he towered over my mego Planet of The Apes figs ,but your BATMAN ROBIN collection pretty big and you’ve been working on it for a while now 👍

Very cool. The 89 Batman from Beast Kingdom was atrocious. They've gotten better lately. The 92 Batman is much better and these look good too.

Honestly, if you can just keep the box/packaging in nice shape, that should help retain the majority of the value. It’s extremely difficult to display a completely carded/boxed collection.
