Thank you for taking the time to watch. Can you explain why it seems that Americans are less nostalgic for Christmas? If so, please let me know in the comments.

Well I watched many of those Xmas commercials on other channels before yours so maybe others have seen these already. Many Americans may have watched the British one because that is new to us. Xmas is very important to us. Basing it on just your videos does not a good theory make.

It's possible that there might be way more British people subscribed to you than Americans, and that is why the British adverts got more views.

I wouldn't say Thanksgiving makes Americans less nostalgic for Christmas. I know I have zero nostalgia for commercials, but American television commercial programming is entirely different from BBC programming (how and when they air during a show or movie), so judging it based on views of people watching your video from either country might be an imprecise way to measure. Christmas day was never a large programming day in America for television. All of the holiday specials and Christmas episodes were always aired in the weeks prior to Christmas day. Very little television is usually watched on Christmas day in America, so very little of the programming was focused on that. It's all about the buildup.

Thank you for the insight. Growing up in the UK made me think that the entire world put out their best TV shows and commercials at Christmas.
