I planted some wildflower seeds in my garden and thoroughly enjoyed the sunshine. At a family's farm, native trees were planted.

great video- one interesting thing that many people do not realize is that the so-0called Bragg equation (the grating equation), reveals, through simple trigonometry that light source distance greatly affects spectral line position- so for example, the more distant a light source, the larger the spectrum, so in the photo with spectra of the stars around 16:53, you can see the dimmer star in the middle must be farther away because the spectrum is smaller than the brighter star near the top- sounds crazy but it is simple trigonometry based on the distance of the light source which changes the angle for any particular color of light.

you can easily observe this phenomenon by looking at two different distant lamps with a plastic grating sheet - or two aligned street lights that are at different distances.
