Absolutely masterpiece analysis.. I had thought about some of these already. The fact that there was no leaks, just proves only the right people knew about it

awesome: get curious; ask them to say more; make space for others; but be ready to share your own perspective; that's dialogue

hold back and let others speak first--wonderful pause: wait for other people to speak; wonderful; you actually need a lot of self-confidence to do that!

wonderful; very helpful; especially when I'm surrounded by family and extended family who all are ardent supporters of former President Trump: listen; let others talk for a while; be curious; learn; and in fact I am lucky to be able to have gained some knowledge, through reading, through travel, through knowledge of other languages, etc.

Divorce can be like peeling back layers of an onion, revealing all sorts of surprises. I never realized just how important firms like *Usespy* are in helping folks navigate through the mess. It's like having a guiding light in the darkness........

I don't know how or when this nonsense began, but recently I've been hearing a LOT of people talk about this. Particularly women in regards to dating. "I don't want a man that's nice. I want a man that's KIND!". Yall overthinking it.

I seem to be spending about 25% of my mediation time just preliminarily trying to develop a relationship with each party…just listening before even getting into the issues/negotiations….would you mind doing a video on this topic of trying to develop a repertoire with each party?

It's a very interesting analogy. I think the moral of the story can be summarized as "Indivisible goods aren't always indivisible goods." When we think of indivisible goods like houses and cars, we know that agreements can be reached to share their use. When we think of custody of children and pets, we know that time can be shared. Sadly, however, my creativity and problem-solving disciplines have been challenged to apply the idea in practice beyond the standard examples of sharing arrangements along the lines of what I've previously observed. I will keep looking for those opportunities though!
