I watched this 10 years ago and didn’t realize LOOP is just a pre motion to the High-Low offense.

It's easy to press teams with less talent, but good luck doing that against the best of the best

That 1 2 2 FC Press works if you have the Pieces, Plus them boys have to be in shape to run it correctly , NBA players dont really want to run that hard to get into that type of shape when your getting paid millions of dollars, The MJs Birds KObes , have no problem putting in that work but Shaq's / Doncic, or Kyries, forget it they wont run extra to be in the best shape they can, so it does not work as well as it does in college, Most just want to score buckets and the hell with defense

this is absolutely ludicrous, i laughed so hard this is exactly why european players actually tops american players, you learn absolutely nothing as a young player in america, no basics, no work ethic, no team spirit, no systems, only play iso and count on athleticism (thanks to the legal drugs over there, which are illegal in europe) ; spacing and moving without the ball shouldn't be taught to such old players, they should have learn this years ago most of those principles are a base you build on, this what 8yo euro players are taught their first years, then they learn how to set systems perfectly cause they learn dedication and humility ... seriously, even in countries where BB isn't a big deal, kids know more systems and how to apply them accurately than most nba players, you really have no clue what you re doing

This looks a bit like Stephan Curry and Golden State's offense. I'd say maybe if you had 3 closers on your team, this could work in the NBA. But in the NBA there are too many role players that only will dunk or shoot 3's and can't handle the basketball and lack the quickness to drive. This is great if all 5 can shoot the 3. I'm sure they'll figure out how to double players when someone who can't shoot the 3 is left wide open. Like you're gonna do this with Joel Imbeed when he can get 40 points every game. Or you'll take the ball out of Ja Morant's control. You'd need a roster of players specifically designed for this. There is no team that isn't looking for all 5 players that are excellent clutch 3 point shooters and dribble drivers. There are only so many LeBron Jamses, Joel Embeeds, Jason Tatums, etc... You just can't load a team up with 5 of them to make this rotational positionless system work.

The problem with a player like this, and it's a big one, is he could end up being held hostage by an unfavorable coach or system. He's the type of player that needs the ball and that you want to have the ball, almost all the time because he's going to make the best play, almost all the time. Coaches need to trust him and the players need to trust him early or he's gonna fade into obscurity, but if they let him rock? I'm think MVP Steve Nash type vibes.
