Hello, maybe you can help me. I think many of us are suffering with how to upload the files to the Arduino. Could you give a step-by-step explanation of how to install everything on the Arduino? Thank you.

A usb power delivery board that delivers two voltages at the same time, especially 5 and 12 volts, would be extremely useful, for some.

u should buy turbine powered hotgun. this shit with thin nozzle from ur video is just for burning pcb`s. also thin nozzle is causing components to fly away. check quick857dw+ and use nozzle at least 1cm diameter or even without it or u are causing thermal shock of the pcb (thin nozzle with low air pressure and high temperature makes gradient of temperature, that causing problems)

i know this is super old but what can i use instead of a limit switch
@isaac8796 ай бұрын
You should be able to use basically any momentary switch as long as you can find a way to mount it. I chose to use a limit switch because they are relatively cheap, have mounting holes and are precise.

Are there any alternatives to this PCB? Cuz jlcpcb don't ship to my country and ordering it here costs like 150$. Cool project tho
@isaac8796 ай бұрын
You could possibly order them from another PCB manufacturer. Or the schematic is available on the GitHub repository so you could solder up the circuit yourself (That's what I did for my first version). github.com/isaac879/Pan-Tilt-Mount

I just built it and try to get it to work. Unfortunately I was not able to source the newer stepper drivers and am stuck with A4988. Since the latest code in GitHub expect to have the newer TMC2208, I am unable to move the motors. Where can I get the older code that used the older drivers? "pan_tilt_mount_nano_code_tmc2208" it the latest "pan_tilt_mount_nano_code_pcb" does not seem to fit on the Arduino Nano, size is larger than 100% "Compilation error: text section exceeds available space in board" Any help? EDIT: I deleted everything related to the addressable LED ... and it works now... I guess I will also try to get the newer drivers. Awesome work!

I'd like to know if the trigger board can be used in a different manner. I have a 12v-to-5v step-down converter for my car and I'd like to connnect Apple's Magsafe puck to it to charge my iPhone. However, the Apple puck will not allow it as it requires the power source to be PD3.0 compliant. Can a trigger be used here to fool Apple's puck and allow the phone to charge?
@isaac8799 ай бұрын
No, unfortunately this board can only source power from a USB C PD supply.
