The ornaments are actually a lower turn or lower mordent 🤔 it’s different from many other versions - but I love the interpretation of slight rubato in this movement 👍🏻

Realistically if I started piano today and put aside one hour of my day how many days or months would you say it would take me to learn this

Very logical and practical question! Usually, younger students take about 2-3 years to get to this level of pieces from the scratch. older students might here there in 1-2 years... Actually one hour a day is a good amount of time!
