I am completely in agreement with the thrust of this book........all these body movements should be ( as well as stretch-body exercises ) done before the step patterns (except not for the very first lesson, for the average person). You would think that teachers would know/this................Oo. i know ...they would rather give privates at $90 a class / would say, that they do not /cannot generalize individual postures, poise, body, movement to the entire class at the same time.............. When I recorded the video, I forgot that Matteo dances a Chassé there and explained the normal Running Weave without it 🙉😅 However, the principles I described remain the same, whether you're dancing a Chassé or not 😊
