Sadly Blake passed away in a tragic masturbation accident. His grip strength was his undoing…

When I try to add a bit of swinging on a static pullup bar like at 4:00 it wrecks the skin on my upper palms even with chalk. Is that something that will toughen with practice or do you have any tips there?

Awesome Blake, now would it be possible for you to do a "turn" like a half piroette to a backwards hold and a wider one that puts you in an iron cross type of hang/pose? would appreciate some tips on how to get that done, thanks buddy!

Nice stuff! Only downside with the wrist roller is yout form. Your shoulder will get fatigue before your arm. Better way to do it is in a 90 degree position with your arms or just let them hang and roll. Its not a shoulder exercise!

One exercise I like doing for strengthening the fingers is placing a rubber band on the tip of each finger and then just opening and closing my hand stretching my fingers apart.
