因為豬骨 有肥膏, 瘦肉不會帶肥膩, 這湯水 要“清”為主 。

According to traditional, many make the crocodile meat soup with fritillaria bulb . Now the price of fritillaria bulb is quite high , so i dont have the fritillaria bulb . This soup is tasty too

椰子湯好香,不過處理椰子太麻煩

説得對 , 最有難度 在 批外啡皮, 以前賣椰子或 泰國店 肯批外皮 ,留椰子水 ,現在 只肯 去 外椰衣 ,其它 自行處理。 所以連啡外皮 一齊煲。

請問你用蒸氣function的時間蒸爐頂後面有蒸氣從通氣孔出來嗎?我見到前邊水箱下有蒸氣放出。我不想蒸氣從蒸爐頂後面放出因為我會放置在櫥櫃下邊的位置。 如有時間請回覆我。Thanks

你好,遲了回覆。 頂部和下方都會噴出熱霧。蒸function時,而且為頂部為最多。 而不管蒸或是焗,下方都會有少許熱霧。

市面 應少有 ,多數 自家種 ,開花。 因近來很多朋友家中的曇花開,但 他們不知可食用。所以 我做片 給人知 , 不要浪費家中曇花的花。 有位醫師在報章都曾介紹過曇花食法。 曇花有段淒怨故事, 在2年前的 曇花湯有講

酸味會否是蘋果, 蘋果品種不同 ,味道亦有少少差異。所以 我選4 粒的(washington)或愛妃(ivy). 柿餅味道帶少少甘澀, 所以煲出來的 水帶酸,可能性比較低。

可以, 雪梨乾現在 大行其道 ,成行成市 , 但不要 買太多存放。 最重要 選雪梨乾,不要 選白雪雪的 ,正常風乾的是帶 黃 ,樣子 當然 不靚及 不美觀。
