Love that turquoise you have used, great eye for detail and colour. I’ve always love colour and decor and our houses have always sold within days, even before they’ve been advertised, our last bungalow we gutted and a 40 x 12 ft extension on the back, all ceilings down and floors up, we even put in an new oak stairs, new bathrooms and windows, came to sell it 10 years, our asking price was double what we purchased it for, had 5 viewers on an open day four made an offer, one lady offered us another £60,000 on our asking price, we were just blown away. But grateful, so it more than paid for itself. And we moved to a shelter apartment, at 78 spent 3 months decorating and changing the bathroom and adding all new wardrobe, kitchen was already done but not to my taste but I couldn’t justify changing it. So now we enjoy watching DIY videos like yours as I’m 80 too old to do any more 😂 but we made enough money on the bungalow to give our 6 grandsons a lump sum for a deposit to get them on the housing ladder, what more could you ask for.

Yes, love that wallpaper and the pink, stunning job. That underfloor heating with all you insulation will keep you really cozy, my son has it all over the ground floor, nut the house is so warm he doesn’t need to run it for very long each day it warms up quickly.

I’m gonna qualify this by saying I just got to the part where they put the biscuits on the plate and then put the gravy on top. I did not watch how they made it because I do not need that type of energy in my life.😂 now that I’ve got that out-of-the-way, for the love of all that southern who the hell taught these people to make biscuits? As somebody said that looks like a puffed up cheese it on a plate. Not only that, they didn’t even split the Cheez-It? By the power of Paula Dean get these people some real biscuits and gravy. Edit, I just realized that this was from nine years ago. I hope someone has gotten them actual biscuits and gravy.

Why you don't use IR foil for flor heating?
@BARBSTER36025 күн бұрын
@@ivan2fast4u if you use foil then the tiles won’t stick to the actual floor. Using the mesh UF means the tile adhesive actually sticks to the floor.

Looked like a dough/frozen hashbrown patty. I think the same as the rest of you.. That, was Not a biscuit. LOL ..Fry Bread maybe? I have watched many people from different countries trying biscuits and gravy-the number one problem, is they make it up as they go, or follow the recipe substituting things and then can't figure out why it has no taste. People.. Read/Watch someone make it. There couldn't have been any real taste to that gravy. Frustrating.

You actually got rid of that wood floor to put in a tile floor which is basically at exactly the same height? You could have built up the addition and it would have been level with the wood floor, and you would have kept the character of the old wood floor, instead of the sterilization of large tiles.

Besides from that though I do understand your desire for a productive topic, but please don‘t overthink it. Your followers love you guys for who you are.
