Have you found one style to be more effective than the other with regard to improving depression and general emotional health?

Silly question but do you need a 6 pack or how much body fat max can you have ?

seriously!?!?!? Because I can safely assume your constantly struggling, I'll break it down in three steps. 1. Exhale, suck in abs 2. Exhale, suck in abs and push out abs 3. Exhale, suck in abs and push out abs and move abs side to side.

I didn’t learn them from a yoga class. I learned it from Rickson. Yoga has roots in Egypt. Would you prefer I called these ancient Egyptian techniques?

No absolutely wrong what is the source? Its roots belongs to India.

Thank you for sharing these classes. 🙏🏻 Your enthusiasm for teaching is inspiring. The smile at the end says it all! 😌 I've been practicing yoga/breathwork for around 5 years, but only recently (within the past couple months) came across this particular method. Upon discovering Wim Hof, I was very intrigued but I DID have slight reservations about the idea of INTENTIONALLY "hyperventilating" myself. Lol I tried it anyway, and absolutely loved it. I was also very pleasantly surprised to find that I felt ENTIRELY in control of what I was doing, when at first I was concerned about not feeling in control. For people who are considering trying it for the first time, I think you make a very important point that you WILL feel some reservations and you WILL be pushed out of your comfort zone. But it's so important push forward because you WILL reap the benefits. Always speak with your doctor if you have serious concerns about your health/safety. Otherwise, I say "go for it!". 😊

Thanks for sharing your experience. That does seem to be the biggest misconception about the Wim Hof Method. It is supposed to raise anxiety temporarily until exposing you to a deep meditation. Thanks for watching!!

The best. Miles 1st class ticket you have to come in! I have Wim on! Your great man. Can you tell me as well, because of you I can go super cold as long as I want but some days I cannot get warm or cold I'm in between half the day, then at night I sweat through 2 shirts any suggestions on that? & If I go from the cold plunge for 6 min to workout for 30 min and then sauna for 20min an I losing the cold plunge mental benefits from going in the sauna so quickly after?
@BreathFitness4 ай бұрын
I am stoked for your progress in cold exposer and so glad the techniques I share helped. Let's connect, my friend. What is the best way to talk directly? So no you're not losing the benefits for your routine. Not being able to warm up for a while is were the techniques get very precise.

if i do 5 min in the cold plunge for me 44 is the ticket but i cant ever stabilize or rarely my body temp. if i do 5 min in the cold plunge an get acclimated, how would you suggest i wait then before jumping in the sauna for 20 min to warm up to not loose the benefits mentally ect from the cold exposure
