I suggest bidet add-on for your toilets. They make them for RV toilets. I added one to our trailer and it is great. You only need a little paper for drying. We have Toto residential ones in our house and they are even better but the RV one works great. It doesn't require any electricity, so you just get whatever temperature water is in your tank, but it's ok since we only use it in the summer pretty much.

Being as on the hard why not add a hose next to the toilet then no loo roll needed. It takes up so much space and if you use too much blocks the loo.
