When I did this last week my son heard me groaning in the basement. When he came to check on me I asked him “is the what death feels like?” He told me to get over it.

Great and very informative video, but could also my hip mobility prevent me from doing pistol squats? I can do assisted pistol squats easily, I just occasionally pull myself with my hand when I am at the lowest point of the exercise so I don't fall on my ass, lol

❤Turn to Jesus people, he died for your sins. Repent of what the New testament describes as sin. Believe the gospel get baptized and obey the teachings of Jesus. The gospel and the teachings of Jesus are documented in Matthew Mark Luke and John. Jesus is the only way to be saved, if you have faith in Jesus through your faith you will live by his teachings. God bless

Great stuff thanks! I'm using this to address a grade two groin strain sustained during judo practice. I've worked my way back to attending classes again (I'm just over three months out from injury at this point...my 47 yo body does not heal like it used to), but recently overdid it and had significant discomfort again. Still using the copenhagen thrusters (as well as other exercises) and will need to dial down participation in class again to continue healing. Good video, and I especially appreciate the focus on small form tweaks (keeping torso alligned, etc.).

I'd buy an ab-wheel. And if I didn't have it available I'd definitely go with a 6-inch hold which is just an isometric leg raise. The other exercises all hurts your neck imo and it's difficult to perform a sit-up without someone there to hold down your feet.

Mate i've been looking for a rotator cuff exercise that feels useful for so long and this one is great. Would you do these at the start of a workout to prime the muscles or at the end as accesories?

It's a stability exercise, not a strength exercise. As someone with a structurally fucked left shoulder, it is integral for my stability and lowring my risk of injury

Mine are rock solid and used to stick out visually and are very strong, they used to get sore during when I was training..... never really thought about it, but maybe the way I ran or trained? In wrestling I'd start my bottom position with tops of my feet down on the mat now that I think about it Only looking this up cuz I hit it really hard (landed on it) and looking up stuff for it

Not bad but not great, thats way too high for the serratus punch If you look at the serratus muscle its the lower portion that holds most of the shoulder blade against the ribs so doing a straight punch or even slightly downward to activate the lower serratus then while protracted push out and up with the arm to target the whole serratus and work upward rotation You also don't need the whole punch motion just the end portion

How is it going to make permanent change without a strengthening aspect? Does this genuinely work long term?

Hey mate, i just wanted to say that the algorithm is very weird, because i see low quality bullshit content with millions of views while your high quality output barely gets any views. Keep up the good work. Not only is your content invaluable, but your consistency is as well.

It´s a cheap set-up, but not the best one. Your feet are right next to each other which makes the nordic curl even more difficult. You need your feet to be supporting you at the width of your shoulders.

I feel like you know a lot, your video production is good, but I always feel like there is something lacking from these videos. No info about frequency, volume, progression, etc. And AFAIK no long form video or article to go to for more details. Hard to make the best out of your content. Just my thoughts.
