Are you considering to offer a whole body mobility program? You are the best! ❤

Maybe one day! I have a follow along upper body mobility video on my channel in the meantime!

*prods* post something Why don't you post your fb stuff here? I'm a fan of your fb stuff but fb doesn't do videos well. As a viewer, it'd be much easier for me to view them here. Thanks bro

I’ve posted them all here, they are all in the ‘shorts’ tab. Are you on desktop or mobile?

@@QEDFitness Oh nice! I didn't even know that shorts were in a separate tab. You're a legend. Thanks!

high rep sets to failure or say 6 rep sets to failure aren't that much different in terms of pain or being mentally and physically harder for me tbh. Yea i breathe a little heavier at the end usually but wouldn't say they are a lot harder
@QEDFitness Жыл бұрын
It really depends on the exercise. Try back squats or Bulgarian split squats with 60%1RM to failure, oh boy
@SCP--mw7tx2 жыл бұрын
this is pretty irrelevant, i mean as a person delves deeper into bodyweight exercises, they will naturally find more advanced ones, and even the regular exercises can be easily made more difficult by just putting on some weight, like a weight vest or hell even a backpack
@QEDFitness2 жыл бұрын
So the question is is that even necessary, is hypertrophy possible without ‘naturally’ finding more advanced versions of exercises. There are many reasons why someone would not want to add external load to body weight exercises and this video would apply to them in lieu of people who are looking to do weighted calisthenics :)
@peter.galaxy.s222 жыл бұрын
people capable of doing difficult calisthenics movements don't necessarily have good body shapes
@QEDFitness2 жыл бұрын
Not necessarily, but neither do people who lift weights 💪

this is pure BS - you forgot to define what "building muscle means" is it just incresse in mass or is it way bigger muscle gains, as incresse in mass could be 1% - 2% - 3% of ex arm size, thats in a "study" would count as "incresse" in most studys, and thats bs as you could gain the same from drinking milk out 2kg carton milk/water 10x10 times aday or run a mile everyday.. and when you use words like hypertrophy, ppl would asume your talking bodybuild/crossfit gains, i did, as that where the term is used the most. while you show Pictures of super Jack´ed ppl on screen in the end.
@QEDFitness2 жыл бұрын
Um... Muscle hypertrophy is a narrowly defined concept. It wouldn't be, as you say, ‘an incresse in mass’ and it wouldn't make sense for a study to measure just arm circumference alone and call it muscle mass. Typically when a study is examining changes in muscle growth, they would use a way that would be able to measure muscle mass changes either directly or indirectly. Science is still working on a way to measure ‘crossfit gains’ currently 👨🔬

I think you're wrong on so many levels. The base line is hypertrophy is hypertrophy, no matter what you said in this comment. You're pushing a narrative which tells that hypertrophy is not hypertrophy if it's a few percentage increase in muscle mass instead of your perceived and completely arbitrary "valid" number for it to qualify as such. You're simply mistaking body building/crossfit hypertrophy goals with a concept of hypertrophy which is very basic, by the way, not bound to any sort of ideas about people who are training for it. People who look into building muscle mass are doing it for various reasons, one of them is to maintain healthy tissues, and a few % increase in muscle mass is a perfect example of hypertrophy.
@silverbulletin8462 жыл бұрын
@@UniDimensionalMonkey sure i agree on that, and i tryed to say that too in my comment , that hypertrophy usely used in BB so ppl willl think naturaly , gains are more then a few % - but just look at the pictures he put in the end video - and like why i said its bs cause he dont define whats "building muscle" means in this video.
@UniDimensionalMonkey2 жыл бұрын
@@silverbulletin846 The problem lies in assuming something that we don't know yet. "Building muscle" doesn't default to body building or crossfit, or gymnastics or whatever else type of muscle building. It just means that there is a process of building muscle on an undefined level. People don't just naturally assume that building muscle means body building or something like that.
