My brother, I appreciate hearing the inside process of the way you write, pretty cool way to make sure that ALL of the poetry has a charge to it and not necessarily just winging it or making rhymes that sound cool, (guilty as charged LOL). I can have a line that has a charge to it and then my mind tends to go into what works with in the rhyme more than what do I actually want to say with it. I do love to free flow too, part of my improv side, but I dig this, and the sharing part of course is EPIC, we're so on board with the expression of our soul essence and not only healing and expanding ourselves but all who come into contact with it, because as we know, ART IS LIFE, and it bypasses the head and goes straight to the heart and soul. Now you know why we keep in touch all these years, from day one I always felt our kindred artist soul, and you reflect it back to me and so many others and you wear it well. Keep on keeping on my bro, much love. PS: I am curious about the rhyme though do you go back and add those once you have the heart of the story/poem? I always wondered how the great hip hop artists do it too because so many of them are honest and emotional, and it seems like that has to come BEFORE the rhyme part, curious how you do it. 🙏

When we “depress” we literally push down our emotions. I too often questioned my place on this planet. I was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer 2 years ago and that changed everything for me. It was my greatest teacher and taught me and reminded me to LIVE ❤️‍🩹. So incredible that you came through it all to be beautifully you. Big love, brother ❤️‍🩹🙏

I have spent my whole adult life fighting the "advice" of others telling me something is wrong with me because I'm "so great" but still single. They told me to date more but every guy I meet I immediately know, he's not it. I refuse to be in partnership if I don't feel what I know God made me to feel. So I've married myself until he arrives. I've saved myself for HIM. I don't want anyone else to have me BUT HIM! I have spent years healing trying to be okay if he doesn't arrive. My biggest fear was if he didn't exist.
