Not fitted correctly, The glazing packers are in the wrong position. This window will have future problems, it will drop on the handle side. Also should always put the smallest beads on first. Thanks for this, poor video, Will definitely keep Double Glazing companies in Business 👍

I'm having a similar problem but my project won't even open. We're not talking half opening, I mean when I try to open it, it clearly attempts to (as clicking anywhere causes the program to not respond) and then closes the software. Other projects will open but I'm semi suspicious that the file is too big and Movavi just closes every time. Even after trying on the desktop I'm having the same issue. Any ideas and help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Sikaflex mastic is not a good idea.

Length wise the dimension was wrong good job I took the glass out and measured it.

The GU10 connector itself is a bad design if you have to muck around with tools etc. 😢

I've been using Movavi Business Suite since 2021, and auto-renew every year, but since my purchase of the 2024 version 3 months ago, I have been having all sorts of issues. I hope that you can help with the problems with this version. When I upload my original videos to edit the video is blurry, and distorted. I've gone back and forth with Movavi they suggest to export the video and that this is what will fix the issue. Once exported the video is blurry and distorted. I've gone back and forth for nearly 3 months with support and they have no fix yet. Is there a way to check and change settings to get this to work?

Would this work between the rubber transom "mounts" and the tubes? Mine have come away completely. I was hoping to use PURAFLEX 40 or CT1.

Ok a couple of things going on here. If you have since got Swifts, good for you. But what I can see wrong with the box is the following...1. Hole is too small mine is 65 x 35mm and it's still a tight squeeze for them. 2. Hole placement is completely wrong, once at the hole there is a drop down into the box. Swifts have very small\short legs so it'll be a crash down going in and a struggle to climb out once in. Hole should be level with the floor. 3. The width of the floor itself is way to narrow for a Swift to sit comfortable on the nest. 4. There is no nest cup. So as a whole I think that box is not suitable for Swifts.

I tried importing HDR video files from my iphone14 pro, and Movavi 'changes' them to SDR automatically, however when I then try to play those files the image is corrupted!!! Which means I filmed an entire vacation in HDR4k iphone, and can not use them into Movavi? Any ideas?

Battling with new velux. Lots of leaks. Builders installed a flashing kit EDW SK10 2000 (red line) with a blue line GGL SK10 3070. Is this a mismatch given the different colours? Would be so grateful for any advice.

I have an interesting problem. moavi video files which i have been previously working on have suddelny become green a blury with only audio. movavi seem to think its a H.265 issue. but i cant seem to see it is. can anyone help

My velux window is made of wood and it cracks during sunny days. Any idea how to fix it?

Forgive my ignorance, but I am surprised that given the fall of your window the cause of the ingress is the foam under the tiles - I would have thought that so long as the channels were clear and the flashing at the top is in good shape, this should have run off without a problem. I am faced with a similar problem on a much gentler fall (questionable really whether a velux should ever have been fitted) and will certainly try this as well as checking around. It has functioned for 10 years without a problem so I was hoping it might have been moss growth. Difficult to access which is why I haven't been able to diagnose it properly yet.

When you got the daylight measurement then said take 5mm (ow whatever measurement you said) wouldn’t you add the daylight size other or Heide or would fall away from needing unless I heard wrong being from Australia lol

Remarkably similar roofing to what we have in Australia. And yes that Velux foam just turns to dust like an Egyptian mummy! A disgrace for an expensive product IMO.
