Im local to Lichfield and know the area well.... I dont think it is just a simple case of fly tipping. There are far quieter lanes around Lichfield that you would dump rubbish if you wanted to. At the end of Watery Lane is one of the main accesses to Fradley Park, a big distribution centre, so trucks travel along there all night. The other end of Watery Lane is a massive house build going on. Lots of waste is produced on building sites.... 🤔

Its happening around my area in Stoke-on-Trent.... Theres new people moved into the area and Everyday someone drops KFC or McDonald's wast cartons on the road/pavements to lazy to take there rubbish home or put it in a bin 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Loads of police cameras (darlicks) in the area that are used for monitoring HS2. Surely they can look at them.
