Satan uses Mary as a way to take the faith of Christians from Jesus. Just know that when you receive any answer from a dead person, Satan is behind it to deceive you. Hi Mina, I just watched the video you made 2 years ago titled “conversion to Catholicism? what I love and hate about it” and wondered if you eventually converted or not? As a Jewish woman you may love the work of Dr Brant Pitre (a Catholic scholar) who has written several books on the Jewish roots of the Christian faith, including one on the Virgin Mary. His short videos on Catholic Productions, KZbin channel, are also very good, particularly the one showing that Mary is the New Ark of the Covenant. I entered the Catholic Church about 4.5 years ago after being a non-Catholic Christian for most of my life. It’s been a huge blessing. It’s wisdom, moral and theological clarity and grace in the sacraments far exceed anything other Christian traditions have to offer, in my humble opinion. But wherever you settled I’m happy you’re open to Catholic devotions, and especially that you found and know Christ. Btw a strong biblical proof for the papacy is the echo in Jesus’ commission of St Peter as the rock (Mt 16) to Isaiah 22:22. Jesus is the long awaited Messiah, the new David, and St Peter, the new Eliakim, his chief steward, in an office that would perpetuate, through the bishop of Rome, until he comes again.

Amen, All through the Old Testament, and the first Covenant between the I AM and Abram, the promise of Blessing on his desendents is through and pointing to Jesus . It's central to our faith, Mina. When Christ died, scripture says that the veil in the temple tore in two. As I'm sure you know, that's no mistake-separation between God and us no longer exists. How? Through the sacrifice of Christ. But, God establishes a new temple...in us. The imagery is clear: the writer of Hebrews gives Jesus the title of High Priest, and if we invite him into us, then we must be the temple. Scripture in other places also establishes this truth. Now, as my dad (a minister himself) preached in a sermon series about how "Love Never Fails," much of human existence has been built upon building towers around beliefs and attacking (catapulting stones) at other towers. One tower that comes to mind for me is politics. Parties wage war against each other, and members build towers and hurl stones. But there's a problem with this: we ignore the idea that as Christians, we're called to be temples. If God should be first in our lives, then we should be Christian first, then think about politics. The order is key. I've heard it said this way: Are you a Republican who happens to be Christian, or are you a Christian who happens to be Republican? The order massively changes how we process things. If Christ is first, we'll process every belief we have through Him. Another thing to note: we can't be towers and temples at the same time. Why? A temple is an intersection of heaven and earth, where God meets with humanity. How can God meet with the world through me if I barricade myself in a tower? Simple: He can't. We need to break down our towers and start showing the world the love that God showed us through the sacrifice of His son Jesus. Thank you for these videos. As a christian for as long as I can remember, videos like these ground me in my faith again, bringing back some key points that I've been lacking in. Your insight is so interesting to me because of your heritage. It couples well with my dad's PhD program, where he writes papers about archeology in Israel, the targums, and things like that, then has me read them over. So thanks for your down-to-earth, simple messages to people and for your obvious faith in Jesus.
