Watching your video I was reminded of something Mother Teresa had said about prayer, something to the effect of... when we pray and feel like praying it's God's gift to us and when we pray but don't feel like praying, it's our gift to God. If I can find her actual quote I'll update my comment.

You are soooo right about this. Soemtimes i Feel like i cant keep God in my sight. I feel like i dont deserve forgiveness, i am not worthy of his presence so I find it extremly hard To talk to him from my heart in these moments. Those prayers help a lot they open up the heart even when i recite them mechanically i eventually let go of my guilt and my pain. And then I feel comfortable To speak from my heart. One thing also is that The more you pray the more you Will want to pray, inviting more saints, more light in your life, it's a fantastic journey.

Thank you so much my friend :) YES!!! I def agree with that. Because of the richness of Saints in the Catholic church it seems fto make praying richer, you are not praying alone and it is beautiful. Prayer def leads to more prayer...

@@yaelsahov this feeling of community is very strong in catholicism. We pray for each other, we pray together, even when we reach the other side we pray for those who havent arrived yet. While we pray for the purgatory souls they pray for us aswell and every saint is watching us, marching with us along the way. We even have Guardian angels with us who never stop praying for us this is wonderful ! And all of us will reunite after all that, I just cant wait ! All of this, just all of this out the love of our God, this is truly unbelievable and i love it hahaha

@@simplytomy8460 honestly if I knew Catholicism before, I wouldnt think that Abrahamic religions cannot be spiritual as I used to think couple years ago. This is so deep, and so truthful.

I'm wondering, are you becoming Latin-rite (Western) Catholic? Or one of the Eastern Catholic rites like Maronite or Melkite since you're Israeli?

I am very much attracted to the eastren rites indeed... However, I think I will end up going to the Latin rite. Those, funnily enough are much more available for me here. 😊
