Шабрят по поверочной линейке или плите, эти пролетарии шабрят кривое к кривому. Не удивлюсь , если они и подшипники сами болгаркой туда выпиливают. Это поделие доводить до ума месяц. Конечно, если будут точить болты используя палочку вместо штангенциркуля, то и так сойдёт.

I am from Czechoslovakia. In this industrial country, there were a number of companies that produced very precise machine tools and there were a number of companies that produced precision engineering products.. I worked in one of these engineering companies. Yes, these guys are capable of making something resembling a machine tool in primitive conditions. But I can say that we in the eighties of the 20th century were about 150 years ahead of these mechanics. Machine tracks without scratches, impure and bubble castings, immature bed machining, full tension. I could go on and it would be too long. I wouldn't brag about this video. This is not engineering. This is desperation. I have been repairing new sewing machines from these parts. Work for a killer. It could never sew. Today we are 130 years ahead of them. Unfortunately, I have to state that art has slowly disappeared from our homeland, young people are not interested in crafts and we are slowly approaching Pakistan. I know they will learn it slowly. We will forget the craft.

Having researched a UK company which operated in Lancashire during from the 1880s to 1972., all this is very familiar. (Perhaps the brickwork was neater ;-))

После такой мех обработки, говорить о том что после литья станина должна пройти процесс искустаенного и желательно естественного старения- для снятия внутренних напряжений, чтоб еë винтом не крутило, это бесмысленно. БЕДОЛАГИ. 😢

I couldn't believe it at :34:30 when the guy took to the ways with a handheld angle grinder. That's a really stupid thing to do. Then at 35:12 a guy took to the ways with a hand-held abrasive stone, going as fast as he could. No chance of any accuracy. For an interesting comparison, check out the Colchester company's video on making lathes, also on KZbin. Perfection compared to the rubbish shown in this video.

I worked in a cylindrical grinder company and those were the methods we used to achieve micron like precision on those machines,so don't talk shit if you don't know the practices used in buildimg machine tools
