How their eyes don’t get flash burns from the arc welder is a mystery. I got it once while watching my father weld a broken part. Of course I was told not to watch but of course as ten year old I ignored that. Amazingly my mother new how to fix my pain. She chopped up a raw potato into mush and then had me lay on my back.she put the mush on both of my closed eyes and within 30 minutes the pain was gone. I guess it was some kind of a chemical reaction with the potato juice on the skin of my eye lids and my actual eye balls!

No safety boots or other personal protection equipment; working on machines with no guards to protect against injury; floors dangerously littered and many more safety hazards; risk of severe eye damage or blindness when welding with no eye protection. Whilst I understand the workers' need to support themselves and their families, I cannot countenance their employers' disgusting avarice.

Note the jigs and clamps used? None. Perhaps what you thought were welds were tacks. The process they use is: Build a template. Tack to the template. Align and tack with fixtures. Weld up parts. Remove fixtures and grind down tack welds. Only saw the weld up of one or two sides. Only one clamp that I saw and it was tacked on. Are you sure you saw any through welding or final welds? I thought the methodology was ingenious and efficient. May try it myself.
