Sedert COVID is baie van die bobaan tussen Worcester en Voëlvlei afgesteel - dit gaan glo in Januarie (hoog tyd!) aandag kry. So alle treine moet diesels (of stoom) gebruik. Ek was weer na winkel ander kant die spoor en toe ek terugkom sien ek net betyds die trein vanaf Kraaifontein - letterlik net uit die kar geklim en die selfoon gerig vir die video....

Flagman failing supposed to be at a.suitable distance not to be excectly where the team is working and the way he displays his flag its not make sure suppose to display his flag till the last wagon pass him and supposed to be standing 3m away from the track and another thing he is standing on the wrong side of.track according to approaching train

True Marval - it sure was showing steam locomotive traits - some one commented that it was sounding like a garratt which is a bang-on observation! I was also surprised by the train's speed - normally it goes at a "don't spill the tea" speed through Brackenfell 😀

I spent 18 years of my life 1983 to 2001 living in CT and i can remmeber the apartheid era where trains were whites only 1st class and blacks 3rd class and the interior seating was a lovely stiched green leather. With your own safely opened window and above bag storage. How things have chainged since then
