I've just bought & installed a pair of rings. I'm an absolute noob, and I'm only been able to hold a hang for ~15 seconds. Can anyone reading this comment in the future please check in to see how I'm progressing please; I'm trying to exercise for me, but some additional accountability would be great too.

NOT possible.. Because shoulder dumble a 60kg man can lift if he works extremly hard , but he can't push him up in HS push ups... because he can produce full shoulder, legs and core strength when he does dumble press , he can't produce it in HS push up, because triceps work 50 persent in HS push ups.. Your triceps can't lift you , specially 1 arm tricep... 😂😂😂😂 lol...

1) Rings (The best, allows all upper body movement. Everything) 2) Telescopic Doorway Pull-up (Good for pull-ups and even rows if installed lower) 3) parallettes (Incredible for skills... Pushup variations, Handstand variations) 4) Dip bars (Dips and Rows are incredibly helpful exercises... Skill works are possible too.)

Have you looked at cai yong s monte carlo performance? He kind of does a one arm hspu. You can say its more of a flag push up but he he goes from croc to mono handstand without a kickup.

Such when you're training in the morning in the bars are so cold. That will probably be the main time I use gloves but now I'm using hand chalk and just dealing with it

I think that an athlete with the right type of double scoliosis at about 30-40 degrees CAN achieve this due to muscle imbalance and low body weight. People with scpliosis dont just have muscle inbalances they have hyperactive muscles on the side thats dominant on the given curve and opposite on the other so yeah I am not saying it's possible, i'm saying i think it might be

I felt like a total creep doing it, but I reached out to his family member who turned out to be his father. I found him through one of his social media accounts, I don't want to get into details. He said that he's okay and "recovering from an injury". I just asked the bare minimum because I was already feeling super guilty for having invaded someone's privacy. I was worried and am happy to know he's just recovering and probably also decided to quit youtube, maybe all social media, which is not surprising if you've seen his other videos. Thought I'd share this for anyone else who is worried. Dawid if you see this, I am sorry for invading your privacy, I hope you understand why people are worried and good luck wherever you are.

@Ben-io2vo I texted a year ago, I don't know any more details other than what I wrote in the original comment. I asked if he was alive, and his father said: "Of course he is alive". And after that he said he's recovefing from an injury. That's all I got.

Make dips are impossibole by TRX. They scretch the arms, rings are the best.

2:30 it is possible to do front lever and back lever with the side of the bar i have it curve and it's actually easy 😂
